1. Who we are

Blink Data is a business data dashboard platform operated by CÔNG TY TRUYỀN THÔNG KĨ THUẬT SỐ BLINKATZ, located at 224/136/13 Đường số 8, Phường Bình Hưng Hoà, Quận Bình Tân, TP. Hồ Chí Minh.

2. What the service does

Blink Data lets you connect your existing business data sources (advertising accounts, spreadsheets, sales software, Excel files) and turns them into charts and reports inside your own private account.

We only READ data from the sources you authorise. We never create, modify or delete anything in your source accounts — including never creating, editing or pausing advertising campaigns.

3. Data we collect

• Account information: email address, hashed password, full name, company name, phone number (if you choose to provide it).
• Business data you connect: advertising metrics (cost, impressions, clicks, conversions), sales and order data, spreadsheet contents and files you upload.
• Connection settings: advertising account identifiers and access keys for third-party data sources, encrypted before storage.
• Billing information: the plan you select and the transaction reference you submit. We do NOT collect or store card numbers.
• Technical logs: sign-in times, connection create/delete events and system errors, used for security and troubleshooting.

4. Google user data — Limited Use commitment

When you authorise a connection to Google Ads or Google Sheets, we access that data solely to display reports and charts back to you inside your own account.

Blink Data's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• We do NOT sell your Google user data to anyone.
• We do NOT use your Google user data for advertising purposes.
• We do NOT use your Google user data to train artificial intelligence models.
• Our staff do NOT read your Google user data, except with your explicit permission for support purposes, where required by law, or as necessary for security and abuse prevention.

5. How we use data

We do not use your business data for any other purpose, and we do not combine your data with that of other customers.

• Build and refresh dashboards, charts and reports for your account only.
• Synchronise figures on a schedule so reports stay current.
• Power the AI Assistant feature, which answers your questions about your own figures.
• Operate accounts, subscriptions and customer support.
• Secure the platform and detect fraud or technical faults.

6. How the AI Assistant works

When you ask the AI Assistant a question, we do NOT send your raw data to any external party. We send only an aggregated SUMMARY (for example, total spend by day, by campaign, by product group) to our language model provider, Anthropic, in order to generate an answer.

That summary contains no customer lists, phone numbers or personal details of your buyers. If you prefer not to use it, simply do not use the AI Assistant feature.

7. Sharing with third parties

We do NOT sell, rent or trade your data. We rely only on the infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service:

• Supabase — database storage and authentication.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Anthropic — processes AI Assistant queries (receives summaries only, see section 6).
• Transactional email provider — sends account confirmation and password reset messages.

8. Public share links

You may choose to share a dashboard via a link. While enabled, anyone holding that link can view the dashboard in read-only mode without signing in.

This is entirely your choice and you can disable it at any time; once disabled, the previous link stops working immediately.

9. Security

No system is perfectly secure. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected accounts as promptly as we reasonably can.

• All connections use encrypted HTTPS transport.
• Access keys for third-party data sources are encrypted before being written to the database.
• The database enforces Row Level Security: each account can read only its own rows, including via direct programmatic access.
• Passwords are stored as one-way hashes; we cannot read your password.

10. Retention and deletion

• Data is retained for as long as your account remains active.
• You can delete any individual data connection at any time from the Data connections page; the synchronised data for that connection is deleted with it.
• You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page, independently of us.
• To delete your entire account and data, email rick@blinkatz.com from your registered address. We action such requests within 30 days.
• After deletion we retain only the minimum records required by accounting law (for example, payment invoices).

11. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, export of or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent you have given. Send requests to rick@blinkatz.com.

The business data you upload or connect remains your property.

12. Children

The service is intended for businesses and professional users. We do not target, and do not knowingly collect data from, anyone under 16.

13. International transfers

The infrastructure providers listed in section 7 may operate servers outside Vietnam. By using the service you agree that your data may be stored and processed on those servers.

14. Changes to this policy

If we make a material change, we will update this page and notify you in the application or by email before the change takes effect.
